“One step at a time is all it takes to get you there.” — Emily Dickinson

Taking one step forward, being determined, and having the desire to work more gives our team a thousandfold hope. This week entails learning more about our clients, as well as creating customer profiles and workflows. We conducted an asynchronous meeting via Facebook messenger to discuss and arrange this activity.

Creating our workflow made us realize how significant it is on this project’s timeline. It helps us to provide the groundwork for our project activities to run more smoothly. As a result, it pushed us to sharpen our abilities to assess, manage, and evaluate our project in dramatic ways. Also, to seek a solution to every possible problem and to enhance the system and make it better.

It also provided us with a thorough insight into our consumers by allowing us to create profiles of them. It assisted us in meeting their interests and aligning our products and services to fulfill their demands. It also allows us to see the most successful strategy and higher-quality leads. It acts as a guide for us to stay focused on the needs of our consumers.

Furthermore, belonging to monopolistic competition type of market structure, wherein there are several products with similar but highly differentiated ones present in the market, awakens us to the fact that the customer workflow and personas, as well as the value proposition map, serves as a great help for us to draw more consumers through the quality of services and appealing product design. Also, in this type of market, consumers have the ability to pick which goods to purchase, and they will probably lean toward something they know and trust. To earn that trust, we must show genuine understanding and concern for our consumers. With this, working on the minimum viable product, prototyping, or wireframing will be our next step.
