Berkeley Innovation Index Test (BII) is a concept survey that aims to evaluate the innovation capabilities of a person holistically.

Based on the results, my innovation mindset is currently 70.94 out of 100. It shows that my innovative approach is not fixed, and there is still more to improve on each component. In addition, the statistics show that my innovation zone received the lowest rating, followed by trust and comfort zone.

These measurements encourage me to focus on honing my skills and becoming more enthusiastic about innovation and entrepreneurship. It also reminds me that trust is one of the most crucial factors in improving communication skills and developing one’s comfort zone.

The Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBTI) test is a self-assessment tool that helps people figure out their personality type, strengths, and preferences.

After taking the test, I discovered that I am part of the protagonist group (ENFJ-A/ENFJ-T). The results reveal the protagonists’ strengths and weaknesses. It says that protagonists are described as genuine, considerate, empathetic, receptive, and caring, which I can relate to because I am the sort of person who is very concerned about the people around me. I highly appreciate and value their existence.

As a result, being intense and too empathic are two of my weaknesses, as shown. I would agree with this since I tend to take on other people’s worries and troubles as my own. And that is one of the things I need to improve.
